Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
